The Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics & Insights is accountable for leading the day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality portfolio risk monitoring and analytics for the Unsecured Lending portfolio (Credit Cards, Unsecured Lines of Credit, and Overdraft Protection). The role supports the Director, Portfolio Analytics & Insights and plays a critical role in informing senior leadership discussions, governance forums, and strategic decision‑making across the unsecured credit lifecycle.
