Purpose

Leads the Global HR Technologies Applications and Development team. The Lead is the principal application owner of all internally developed applications, responsible for development of new features and new applications, for operational continuity, and for currency and modernization. They lead a team in ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Lead a development team of Java, .NET and Pega developers and drive a customer‑focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Invest in their team's technical and management skills to help them grow and develop as both engineers and leaders.
