Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation
This is a high‑visibility, group‑level role at the heart of how strategy is executed across the Group. You will help shape strategic priorities, translate them into meaningful initiatives, and ensure they deliver measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

• Operate across Business Areas and Business Lines, working closely with BA/BL management, Controlling, FP&A, and initiative owners
• Own and evolve the Group’s strategy execution and performance tracking platform
• Drive structured, high‑quality reporting on strategy and cost program execution to the OLT and Board of Directors
• Facilitate governance forums related to strategy execution and transformation programs
