We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel – from awareness to adoption to utilization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)
- Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows
- Transition marketing from batch campaigns to trigger-based, behavior-driven messaging
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define audience segmentation, triggers, and activation strategies
