Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal marketing leaders on large-scale projects, including but not limited to the annual sales kick off event; the largest global event, ICON; the Connect Event series; Playbook templatizations.
- Review analytics from our project management tool to project and identify upcoming bottlenecks and strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrable experience in Resource Management.
- Effectively schedule and track status of each project to keep the team on track to meet multiple pressing and often simultaneous deadlines.
- Lead kickoff calls with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across various departments- Provide proficient consultation on marketing campaigns, offering best practices and tailored recommendations to teams- Manage 1-2 direct reports within the Project Management function.
- Responsible for assigning new projects, tracking, reporting, and managing workflow through different departments.
