Join a federal department supporting the modernization and optimization of organizational structures under the Centre of Expertise in Organizational Design and Classification. This position advises on complex executive (EX) and non-executive (non-EX) organizational design and classification projects aligned with Treasury Board Secretariat policies and tools. The engagement provides visibility across structural transformation and classification initiatives shaping policy and program delivery across the Government of Canada.
