Role Overview

We are looking for a LATAM Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team and manage end‑to‑end payroll operations across multiple countries in Latin America. This role operates in a dynamic, multicultural environment with several HR and payroll service providers, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations, while also supporting financial reporting and continuous process improvement. At Genesys, you will contribute to strengthening payroll operations that support a diverse and global workforce, with exposure to senior leadership across Finance and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end payroll processing for LATAM countries, working closely with external payroll providers.
