Position Summary

The Senior People Services Business Partner (SPSBP) is a strategic People Services leader that is responsible for providing expert consultation and guidance on employee and labor relations issues, delivering people-related solutions and support to organizational leaders and employees at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH). Reporting to the Manager, People Services, the SPSBP plays a critical role in shaping People Services strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion. They collaborate with key partners to ensure alignment of People Services initiatives with the hospital's organizational strategy, mission and goals.
