Role Overview

This role is accountable for driving practice enhancement, engagement, and coaching with HNW Advisory teams (Private Investment Advice).

The incumbent will be a subject matter expert who will engage with Advisors in a practice discovery and solution process and serve as a consultant who delivers solutions that harness the full scope of Practice Management across Value Proposition Creation, Discovery, Planning and Investment Management, and consulting across all areas of running and growing a practice through various stages of the practice lifecycle. This individual will also be adept at implementing tactical Practice Management initiatives at the leader and Advisor level.

The role will involve thought leader delivery for larger groups as well as deskside, one‑on‑one, advisory and team engagements.
