**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders (e.g., running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees).
- Experience with quantitative analysis and building user journeys.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a variety of stakeholders and projects with work streams to completion.
- Experience with data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
- Experience prioritizing deliverables and making appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
