Job Description Summary: The Senior Proposal Manager will lead delivery of highly complex, large‑scale, international HVDC tenders (contracts >700MUSD). In addition, may manage small‑to‑medium tenders as support to the project team (variation orders on existing contracts) or to the business development team (pre‑qualification).

Key Responsibilities

• Review enquiry documents to establish a bid strategy in partnership with Capture Team Leaders to deliver the tender efficiently, maximize customer satisfaction, and increase probability of success.
• Lead the tendering team to deliver the bid in line with the agreed bid strategy, organize tendering activities, and coordinate with Engineering, sourcing, and project management teams to optimize the technical solution and commercial proposal.
