Your Role
As a Senior Quality Engineer at Capgemini, you will lead quality assurance efforts for complex, large-scale projects, driving test automation strategies and ensuring high-quality delivery across APIs and integrated systems.
You will act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients, providing visibility into quality metrics, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
This is a hybrid role based in Aguascalientes, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities & Scope
Participate actively in internal QA/Dev and client-facing stand-up calls, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness.
Provide Epic-level estimations following PI Planning.
Ensure proper creation of user stories, test cases, and 100% test coverage across deliverables.
