Involve in the whole recruitment function as well as identify the manpower needs and perform the selection process, up to managerial level Act as a Business Partner to work closely with assigned BUs and provide professional HR recommendation to solve staffing / manpower issues Determine and review the functionalities of each job roles in each department and provide professional advices to line managers on selection criteria and matching Establish various recruitment channels as well as evaluate the effectiveness and hence to make improvement to achieve the best outcome/feedback from markets Participate in recruiting and managing the annual Graduate Trainee Program and any adhoc projects as required Requirement: :
