**Minimum qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience with U.S. GAAP.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to connect with internal stakeholders globally.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in public accounting and operational accounting.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on business recognition.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Ability to have attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement, including organizational skills.
