Role Objective Provide expert technical support for the manufacture and test of high-volume ngFWA remote node products in the 4Ghz-6Ghz spectrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving production product failures as they relate to test equipment, software, product defects, or design issues.
Key Responsibilities - Provide expert technical/engineering support to resolve product failures in the manufacturing test environment.
- Debug and resolve failures stemming from test equipment, software, product defects, or design issues.
- Analyze test data and metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Develop clear test plans and procedures.
- Automate test procedures using scripting languages.
- Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points) and servers (Exchange Server).
- Use network tools (ping, tracert, netstat) to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
