What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst, Operational Resilience, reporting to the Manager of Operational Resilience. The Senior Analyst will support Canadian Tire Bank’s (CTB) Operational Resilience Framework and Program, working with business partners across the organization to manage day‑to‑day operational resilience processes and provide second‑line oversight and challenge of related activities to ensure compliance with the operational resilience framework and regulatory requirements.

• Support the Manager in managing CTB’s operational resilience framework and day‑to‑day processes and activities.
• Leverage the Bank’s operational resilience software application to ensure the effectiveness of processes.
• Conduct monitoring and second‑line oversight of operational resilience activities to ensure compliance with the Bank’s Operational Resilience Framework and policies.
