About This Opportunity
Your responsibilities - Take ownership of Salesforce support items, providing second-level and advanced support for issues involving automation, integration with SAP and other systems, validation, configuration, and custom coding (APEX, Lightning Web Components).
- Act as a technical mentor for other members of the team, supporting onboarding and continuous skills development for junior colleagues.
- Collaborate with international business and IT partners, architects, and general team members to define and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.
- Help design and maintain robust data models and oversee process documentation within the Salesforce landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and industry best practices, advocating for improvements to our global technology stack.
