The role
You daily execute second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers: issue solving, realizing changes, assisting key-users.The product range to support for our customers implies SAP ECC suite, SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP add-on products developed by SOA PeopleYou interact with SAP AG to tackle customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract in place.For our SAP add-on products, you interact with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issue solutions or demands for future extensions.You provide additional RTS services to our customers: occasional on-site meetings or workshops with customers, functional assistance during a planned go-live, mini-projects to extend the functionality of an implementation.You have full responsibility over the t...
