Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend development with ReactJS
• Proven experience optimizing websites for performance and SEO
• Understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility (WCAG), and SSR (Next.js is a plus)
• Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones (Pacific Time)
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines
