About This Opportunity

Job Overview

The Senior Solutions Sales Executive, Public Sector (SSE‑PS) is a highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative team‑selling environment. The Sr. Solutions Sales Executive (Sr. SSE) is responsible for selling the Ricoh portfolio of products and solutions into Public Sector Accounts, cultivating and expanding existing client relationships, achieving account retention and expansion, and ensuring day‑to‑day sales activities. The Sr. SSE also develops and signs new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth; prospect, develop, and close opportunities for new customers
  • Qualify sales opportunities based on Ricoh’s sales methodology and metrics, including customer fit and success criteria
  • Build account plans and strategies for each target account
