About This Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of global wellbeing programs (including global employee assistance program (EAP), 1:1 counseling, and mental health app), with HR partnership (75%)
- Oversee end‑to‑end daily operations of the programs across all participating countries and serve as the primary global point of contact for vendors and HR teams
- Support the Talent Wellbeing and Resilience team, which oversees a network of dedicated EAP counselors
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and accessibility through SLA oversight, business reviews, utilization analysis, and internal feedback
- Support Senior Manager, Global Benefits with contract renewals, vendor performance reviews, and service enhancements
- Oversee invoicing, budgeting support, and global cost allocation
