Senior Strategic Planning Lead Engineering – Red Lake

Be a part of the initial team to grow and operate a regionally significant new underground mine development that is rapidly becoming the future of the iconic Red Lake gold mining district in Ontario, Canada.

Reporting to the Chief Mine Engineer, the successful candidate will work mostly remote 5:2 4:3 roaster with few travels to site whenever needed to lead the strategic planning team to executive mid range to long term planning work packages for the engineering team to support the safe development of the mine to achieve and surpass production targets while adding value to the Red Lake Madsen mine.

The Focus of this role will include:

Lead and Mentor a team of Long term and Mid Range Planning engineers

Responsible for the annual Reserves and Resource estimation, annual MRMR reporting, annual cut-off grade guidance, Strategic Planning of LOM and LoAP
