Senior Structural Engineer - Dams and Hydropower

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer - Dams and Hydropower with a strong technical background to help deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate is a proven Seller-Doer and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with 15+ years of experience in water resources and extensive experience analyzing and evaluating dam structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Evaluate, select and apply advanced structural design techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Develop FEA models and perform linear and non-linear analysis, using available software. Be comfortable presenting analysis results to clients in a manner that is easy to understand.
