• Champion AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, AIOps platforms) across the engineering team
• Define and enforce team‑wide standards for AI‑assisted development, code review, and documentation
• Lead evaluations of AIOps tools for anomaly detection, capacity planning, and self‑healing workflows
