About the Opportunity

Support tax planning, M&A due diligence, acquisition integration, and cross‑border structuring activities.

Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams to provide technical tax guidance and operational support.

Manage Canadian tax compliance including corporate income tax, GST/HST, transfer pricing, withholding tax, employment tax, and pension tax filings.

Lead quarterly and annual tax provision processes, reporting disclosures, and uncertain tax positions under IFRS.

Coordinate tax audits and disputes with tax authorities and external advisors.

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and tax technology adoption to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Supervise and mentor staff and external advisors while managing multiple deadlines and deliverables.
