The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Tax Manager to oversee all aspects of Mexican tax compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accurate and timely filing of monthly and annual tax returns, including IVA, ISR, DIOT and Payroll Tax.
Ensure full compliance with SAT regulations and electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI).
Monitor tax reform and legislative changes; assess business impact and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
Manage or support tax audits and inquiries from SAT or local authorities.
Analyze tax impacts related to business transactions and cross‐border operations (e.g., related‐party transactions, customs, transfer pricing)....
