What is the opportunity?
You will lead a diverse team comprised of specialized service officers to meet established Client Service Commitments. You will work to ensure overall effectiveness of the team. You will be responsible for leading and developing staff product knowledge within the National Insolvency & Government Program department, while ensuring adherence to operational risk issues.
