Our growing Building Science and Resiliency team in British Columbia is looking for an experienced Building Envelope leader to support technical excellence, business development, client growth, and team expansion across the region.
The role reports to the Operations Manager/Director. The successful candidate will lead and grow Pinchin’s Building Envelope practice in British Columbia, with a focus on Building Envelope assessment, design, rehabilitation, restoration consulting, and client development. This leadership role is responsible for driving technical excellence, supporting strategic growth initiatives, mentoring staff, and strengthening client relationships throughout the region.
