Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Access

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross‑functional programs that expand Amazon’s reach to underserved customer segments. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of programs spanning payments, grocery, benefits acceptance, and customer acquisition — coordinating across engineering, product, design, legal, compliance, and external partners (e.g., USDA FNS, state agencies, payment networks).
