About This Opportunity
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and
placement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted
partner on both sides. - Strategically source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and Titanβs internal
ATS. - Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring the best possible match and experience.
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver top-tier talent.
- Ensure data integrity and activity tracking in Bullhorn.
Qualifications:
- You have a University or College degree
- 2β5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal), preferably in staffing or high-
