The Human Resources (HR) Transformation and Products team defines, measures, improves, and governs HR business processes to deliver consistent, desired outcomes for our customers; performs deep dive analysis of process design and performance gaps to build automation solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness and elevates employee experience.
