Sr. Engineering Test Engineer – NPI Manufacturing

We are looking for a Sr. Engineering Test Engineer to join the NPI Manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensure the success of pilot builds and product launches through the deployment of functional test stations (FFT, ICT), technical support during validation phases, and key activities in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME). Focus areas include productibility, scalability, and process stability.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust functional test stations (FFT, ICT) in coordination with Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Perform functional failure debug on both product and test benches.
• Support EVT/DVT testing and pilot builds, ensuring test coverage and station stability.
• Document technical findings in a structured manner and generate clear, actionable reports.
