Job Summary
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for managing and controlling Eaton‐owned tooling located at external supplier sites.
This role ensures tooling inventory accuracy, oversees preventive maintenance execution, identifies tooling replacement needs in advance, and leads capital project requests for new or replacement tooling.
The position supports production continuity, supplier performance, and long‐term asset reliability.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate and up‐to‐date inventory of all Eaton‐owned tooling located at supplier facilities.
Ensure all supplier tooling is properly tagged, documented, and tracked through Eaton's asset management systems.
