Underwriters - Personal Lines

Are you looking for your next opportunity in the insurance industry? MutualONE is looking for an Underwriter to join our team. Reporting to the Underwriting Manager, you will have the opportunity to underwrite personal lines business within approved guidelines.

Desired Competencies

• Possess post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• Have a CIP designation or willing to embark on the CIP program
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of underwriting experience
• Establish positive relationships with agents, brokers, and other external stakeholders
• Be well organized with a high attention to detail
• Have a proven ability to contribute to and work well within a team environment
• Have proficient computer skills and the aptitude to learn computer applications as required
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
