How You Will Create An Impact

• Drive profitable growth in Private & Non‑Profit, Financial Lines by underwriting a range of new and renewal business and developing creative solutions for complex risks.
• Work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite and our value proposition, and to understand deal structures that best meet clients’ needs. Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients.
