The right person has a sharp editorial instinct for what works in the feed, can interpret a creative direction and execute independently, and is comfortable operating in an environment where the brief is a starting point, not a script.
The role sits at the intersection of creative and performance, working closely with the Media Buyer to keep creative output aligned with campaign testing cycles. Volume and speed matter here. So does quality of judgment.
