Job SummaryPerforms the sensory evaluation of raw material, intermediate and finished products, making critical pass or fail decisions. Makes risk analysis and usage decisions of non-conformances. Provides technical assistance for internal and external customers and when non-conformances are detected, determines root cause, preventive and corrective actions.
- REQUIREMENTS_
- Degree in Food Engineer/ Food Chemistry
- +5 years of experience in an sensory lab.
- Intermediate Engilsh level.
- Proficient In all computer systems such as SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge in sensory discriminative test:
- Triangle test
- Duo-trio test
- 2-AFC test (Two-Alternative Forced Choice)
- Ranking test or Order test
- Knowledge on GLP, GMP, safety, food safety principles.
° High sensory experience with flavors and raw materials: liquids, powders, emulsions & dryes.
