• Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support to employees regarding payroll topics such as missing pay, pay discrepancies.
• Research and resolve payroll‑related inquiries by leveraging systems such as Eslabon (payroll), MyHR (data/transactions), ServiceNow (ticket/request management) and Kronos (Time and attendance system).
