HCL is looking for service desk junior with the below skills:Skills:Recent graduates to join our IT Service Desk team as Fresher Support Analysts.
This role is ideal for candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Prior IT Service Desk experience is not required.Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via chat, voice, or email/rLog, track, and update tickets/interactions in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)/r
Understand and follow defined support processes and SLAs/r
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard user issues/r
Escalate incidents or requests to the appropriate support teams when required/r
Maintain clear documentation and communication with users/r
