Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer facilities (up to 90% travel, including overnight stays) to perform Preventative Maintenance and Service Calls .
Work independently or with customer staff to provide training on equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Prepare and submit service visit documentation for both the customer's plant manager and our home office.
Complete required paperwork, including time sheets, expense reports, and service reports.
Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.
