Job Description: Responsibilities:
Administer users, roles, ACLs, and groups. Configure advanced UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Manage workflows / Flow Designer. Support ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Perform upgrades, patching, and release testing. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues. Manage MID Server (basic setup and monitoring). Support audits and compliance activities. Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow administration. Flow Designer / Workflow Editor. CMDB fundamentals & CSDM awareness. Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment. REST API basics. ITIL v4. Experience:
3–6 years ServiceNow experience.
