Elevate PointClickCare's ServiceNow platform as a skilled Administrator/Developer. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing feature delivery and platform usability for all teams.
As the primary owner of the ServiceNow environment, you'll be responsible for its daily administration, including break-fix support, ITSM module configuration, and system integrations. Your role involves partnering with teams to expand the Service Catalog and ensuring data integrity across systems. You'll also be engaged in testing, quality assurance, and creating user-friendly documentation.
