ServiceNow Architect – FTR – Burnaby

Purpose of Position

The ServiceNow Architect is an expert in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables him or her to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop solutions that embrace ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. He or she will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform by defining platform governance, architecture, and evolution maturity roadmaps, and will drive innovation in the fields of analytics, business intelligence, and self‑service.
