About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Business Analyst
to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and process owners to optimize ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to design and implement solutions
Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) as per requirements
Create process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and test scenarios
Support UAT and ensure business sign-off
