ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM): Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
Experience in other ServiceNow Practices: CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog
- Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting, and platform configuration.
- Proven track record managing ServiceNow projects in hybrid or agile environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate to Advanced).
