Key Responsibilities - Support onboarding process for hourly workers
- Provide support to hourly employees with their inquiries related to HR services
- Constant communication with employees to facilitate a good work environment.
- Monthly report of activities regarding the area of Employee Services.
- Responsible to specific reports the Cafeteria and Transportation Services
Experiences/Education - Required - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience
- At least 0 - 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience with administering Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
