The Technical Services team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third‑party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation. This team helps clients achieve a successful go‑live experience by coordinating internal and external stakeholders to complete activities that enable the transmission of business‑critical data such as benefits enrollment, COBRA, payroll contributions, and HR demographic information to third‑party vendors. As a Technical Services Consultant, you will be part of a business‑segment team supporting client implementation projects across North America.
