INF2572H - Special Topics in UXD: Data Visualization with Tableau

Course Description: 

This course provides comprehensive training in data visualization using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder. Students develop proficiency in end-to-end workflows—from data preparation and cleaning to creating interactive, accessible dashboards. The course integrates data visualization theory with hands-on practice through extended tutorials demonstrating design and analytical thinking, work with diverse real-world datasets, and critical evaluation of professional visualizations. Students develop both technical proficiency and design confidence.
