The SharePoint Technical Lead provides technical and operational leadership for SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration platforms, ensuring stable operations, efficient service delivery, and successful implementation of enhancements. The role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving platform reliability, continuous improvement, and best‑practice solution delivery.
