岗位职责1、负责公司各类非标自动化设备的整体开发工作，包含方案设计、结构规划、整机选型与可行性评估，根据生产工艺及内部需求定制设备开发方案，输出完整的设备设计方案、BOM清单、装配图纸等技术资料。2、主导非标设备整机结构、传动系统、工装夹具的设计与优化，完成设备三维建模、二维出图，严格把控设备结构合理性、稳定性及生产实用性，降低设备故障率与制作成本。3、跟进设备加工、组装、调试全过程，负责设备装配指导、整机调试、性能测试，及时解决设备加工及调试过程中的结构、装配、运行异常问题，确保设备按期完成交付、顺利投产使用。4、负责新设备试产验证、参数优化及迭代升级，根据生产使用反馈、工艺升级需求，对现有非标设备进行改良优化，提升设备运行稳定性、自动化程度及生产效率。5、整理汇总设备开发技术文档、调试记录、维护手册，建立标准化设备技术档案；配合生产、售后团队提供技术支持，解答设备使用、维护相关技术问题。6、跟进行业自动化新技术、新结构，结合公司生产需求优化设备开发思路，持续提升...
